Advertising (Reddit)
We advertise SendPit on Reddit. On our public marketing pages we load the Reddit Ads pixel, which sets cookies and reports the page you viewed to Reddit so that we can measure which advertising leads to sign-ups and show our ads to people who have visited us before. We also report the fact that a sign-up completed. We do not send Reddit your email address, your name, or any account identifier.
The pixel does not run inside the application once you are signed in, and it never runs on shared-email links or password-reset pages. Where consent is required, it loads only after you accept, and declining stops it entirely. See Reddit's Privacy Policy for how they process this data.
Bot Protection (Cloudflare)
Our site is served through Cloudflare, whose firewall and bot mitigation protect our public pages and forms (such as sign-up, login, and contact) from bots and automated abuse. To distinguish humans from bots, Cloudflare processes signals from your device, including your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and User-Agent header. It may occasionally present a brief verification challenge, and it may set strictly-necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance) for this purpose.
Cloudflare acts as our processor for bot detection and as an independent controller when it uses these signals to improve its detection algorithms. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and its cookie documentation for details.
7 Email Content
Test emails are stored temporarily and accessible only to authorized users in your organization. We do not read, analyze, or use email content except for providing the service.
