1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 Codebox offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new SendPit subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.
1.2 This guarantee applies to:
- ✓ First-time subscription purchases (monthly or annual plans)
- ✓ Plan upgrades made within 14 days of initial purchase
1.3 The 14-day period begins on the date your payment is processed, not when you first sign up for a free trial (if applicable).
1.4 No reason is required to request a refund within the guarantee period. We believe in our product and want you to be fully satisfied.
2 How to Request a Refund

2.2 When requesting a refund, please include:
- • Your account email address
- • The date of your purchase
- • Your order/transaction ID (if available)

3 Refund Processing
3.1 Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
3.2 Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
3.3 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
3.4 Currency: Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable.
3.5 Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
4 Subscription Cancellation
4.1 You may cancel your SendPit subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
4.2 Access After Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription:
- • You retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- • No further charges will be made to your payment method
- • Your account will revert to the free tier (if available) after the billing period ends
4.3 No Partial Refunds: Cancellations made after the 14-day guarantee period do not qualify for a refund of unused time. You will continue to have access until your current billing period expires.
4.4 Reactivation: If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time. Previous subscription data may be retained for a limited period to facilitate reactivation.
5 Non-Refundable Items
5.1 The following are not eligible for refunds:
- ✗ Subscription renewals - Automatic renewals after the initial subscription period
- ✗ Requests after 14 days - Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
- ✗ Partial billing periods - Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle
- ✗ Terminated accounts - Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions
- ✗ Abuse of refund policy - Repeated refund requests indicating policy abuse
5.2 Codebox reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
6 Chargebacks and Disputes
6.1 We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
6.2 If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- • Suspend or terminate your account immediately
- • Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
- • Pursue recovery of any fees incurred due to the chargeback
6.3 Chargebacks found to be fraudulent may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
7 Payment Provider
7.1 All payments and refunds for SendPit are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized Merchant of Record.
7.2 Paddle handles:
- • Payment processing and security
- • Refund disbursement
- • Invoicing and receipts
- • Tax compliance and collection

7.4 By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
